Through this process, foreign legal entities and corporations can request to be integrated into the Register of Commerce (RCP) of the state in which said foreign legal entity or corporation is located.

All RCP related matters at a federal level will be carried out at the offices of the Ministry of Economy. However, the process must occur at the offices of the Public Register of your state.

The payment of duties establishes an amount of MXN 20,763, taking as example the rates of the Public Register of Mexico City, the maximum applicable rate, since the payment of duties depends on the amount by which the company is incorporated, currently, the minimum payment for an incorporation is MXN 2,073.00 and a maximum of MXN 20,763.00
The payment and cost of duties for commercial acts is the responsibility of each state and the current legislation and the Public Register of Commerce of each state should be consulted for the amount and way in which such payment will be made. The cost indicated corresponds to Mexico City (Article 196 section I (c) of the Tax Code of Mexico City).
