Time frame

Agreement that establishes the mechanism by which the trust delegates....DOF of March 16, 2012. AGREEMENT to establish the mechanism through which the fiduciary delegates of credit institutions must submit applications to obtain from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the permits for setting up trusts that allow foreigners the use and enjoyment of real properties located within the restricted zone.

Additional information

This proceeding may only be performed by the fiduciary delegates of a Mexican bank acting as a fiduciary institution. 

Fiduciary delegates must perform the proceeding through the Integrated System for Article 27 of the Constitution (SIPAC27), which they may access through the link.
