This type of company is appropriate for engaging in economic activities in Mexico. It allows for at least 2 shareholders and must be recorded before Notary Public.
To establish this type of enterprise, you must first go before a notary or public broker.
If the legal representative of the Mexican company wishes to submit procedures online, he must go to the Tax Administration Service (SAT) to secure the unique registration code (RFC) and associated e-signature.
Once the Mexican company is incorporated, you can register with the Public Registry of Commerce (RPC); Likewise, you must go to the Tax Administration Service (SAT), in order to obtain the unique registration key (RFC) and associated e-signature of the company.
If you employ workers, you must register as an employer with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
Additionally, you must apply for registration in the National Foreign Investment Registry (RNIE), which is responsible for gathering foreign investment statistics in Mexico.
Finally, you must register your company with the Mexican Business Information System (SIEM), where you can consult or promote products or services.
