The registration procedure can be performed online or in person at the Sub delegation or Auxiliary Office for Registration and Collections that corresponds according to the tax address or work site address.

In case of legal representative, power of attorney for administration and transaction purposes or special power of attorney, specifying that proxy or representative can engage in all manner of official legal affairs, including signing documents or initiating paperwork before the Mexican Social Security Institute.
