2. Current official identification (IFE, INE, Passport or Professional License)

3. Proof of ownership or possession of the property

Proof of ownership or possession of the property before the Public Registry of Property (Deeds, Property Title or Attorney deed).

In the case of a legal person, attach the Constitutive Act and document that accredits the legal representative.
