This procedure allows you to know the environmental impact that the construction of a property could have, both significant and potential, as well as to propose the way to avoid it, mitigate it or compensate it.

This section of the portal is a compilation of the procedure possible requirements, since the information applicable to each municipality or state depends on particular legislation, the requirements for a specific location may vary from the compilation given here.

The required information is obtained at the office of the municipal or state agency that is responsible for the specific location. There you will be informed about the document to obtain, the requirements, costs, resolution time and applicable legislation for the municipality or state of your interest. Consult the directory of municipalities here.

Requirements

1. Application in official format

The application form to be submitted will be established by the municipality agency of your interest.

The application must contain:

  • Brief description and name of the project
  • Project address, contact information such as email address, telephone number
  • Coordinates (of at least one point of the polygon in decimal degrees)
  • Name of the corporation and Tax ID (RFC) (in case of a corporation)
  • Name of the legal representative, Tax ID (RFC), and citizen's code

In addition, you must add two optical media (CD or USB) in which everything presented in print is digital.

2. Current official identification (IFE, INE, Passport or Professional License)

3. Proof of ownership or possession of the property

Proof of ownership or possession of the property before the Public Registry of Property (Deeds, Property Title or Attorney deed).

4. Articles of Incorporation

In the case of a legal person, attach the Constitutive Act and document that accredits the legal representative.

5. Feasibility of land use

Feasibility of land use for the activity to be carried out.

6. Location map

Location map with north to four adjoining streets, referenced and geographic scale.
