The unification, subdivision or relotification is the process through the partition, union or both of two or more lots can be carried out.

Proof of ownership or possession of the property before the Public Registry of Property (Deeds, Property Title or Attorney deed).

In the case of a legal person, attach the Constitutive Act and document that accredits the legal representative.

The topographical plan must contain the following: the current state (as described in the deed or property title) and the proposal (as the property will be merged, subdivided or relotified); in both cases the surfaces, measurements and boundaries will be presented.
