The urban Impact opinion in the state or municipality, consists of an evaluation of alterations caused by the construction project in the surrounding environment, and generally takes into account crowding issues, urban image, the project’s socioeconomic breakdown, as well as matters of cultural, historical, archaeological or artistic heritage.

The required information is obtained at the office of the municipal or state agency that is responsible for the specific location. There you will be informed about the document to obtain, the requirements, costs, resolution time and applicable legislation for the municipality or state of your interest.   • Coordinates (of at least one point of the polygon in decimal degrees)
  • Name of corporation and Fiscal Registry Number (in case of corporation)
  • Name of legal representative, tax registry and citizen’s code.
