You can use this service to get official responses regarding the paperwork and procedures to be filed with the National Foreign Investment Registry (RNIE).
The foreign investor must report its investments to the RNIE:
a) Register at the time of entry into Mexico
b) Submit quarterly update notice, as applicable
c) Submit an annual financial report, as applicable
d) Request cancellation when you leave the country
