The immigration processes to be undertaken by foreigners to enter and stay in Mexico will depend on the type of activity they intend to carry out (tourism, recreation, investment or paid activities). See below the procedures according to your interest:
You need to apply for a temporary residence visa at mexican embassies and consulates abroad. While the visa is being process, you will be issued an authorization with a validity of 180 days under which you must enter Mexico.
To secure the visa you must verify that you meet any of the following criteria:
Have investment in capital equity in a Mexican legal entity or ownership in a movable property of more than exceeds $ 3,457,400 MXN.
Have real estate in Mexico or acquire trust rights in an amount that exceeds $ 6,914,800 MXN.
Pursue economic or business activities, provided you employ at least three workers.
At the time of your entry, you must go to the INM office to obtain your temporary residence card in no longer than 30 calendar days.

What a trademark is?

This type of company is appropriate for carrying out economic activities in Mexico, admits a minimum of 2 shareholders and must be granted before a Notary Public.
This type of company is appropriate for companies with annual revenues of less than 6 million pesos and admits at least one shareholder and it is not required to record founding documents before Public Broker.
The acquisition of shares in Mexican companies is permitted; however, when the foreign investment intends to acquire more than 49% of shares of a Mexican company, this will require authorization from the National Foreign Investment Commission when the value of the assets of said company exceeds $20,184,671,346.26 pesos (see resolution).
